What is the colour of the acrylic panel?

 

The acrylic panel is barley white color, outsiders can only see shades of shadow from the external of the house when light is turn on. It is good for privacy yet allowing some natural light to come in.

The acrylic panel is 5mm thickness.

Our motor is made of the highest quality material and proven to be long lasting so that you can enjoy years of using without any maintenance.

Do I need to do any maintenance for the exhaust fan?

 

Yes, it is best to clean the fan blades once every 3 months as dust may be trapped at the fan blades and the motor housing area and thereby reducing the effectiveness of the fan.

How long does the installation take?

 

We need to make a 1st appointment to take measurement and the 2nd appointment to do installation. Installation will be around 60 minutes for 1 toilet.

How long is the warranty period?

 

There is a 1 year warranty period.

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.
