Can i choose other colour lighting for the toilet acrylic cover?

 

Yes, there are 4 types of lighting colour to choose from, daylight, cool white, warm white and tri-colour.

Do you use LED lights?

 

Yes, we supply T5 LED lights so that you enjoy lower energy costs.

How thick is the acrylic panel cover?

 

The acrylic panel is 3mm thickness.

What do you mean by easy maintenance?

 

The new ceiling cover is a flat cover, easy for cleaning, unlike the original net hollow design which makes it difficult to clean.

How is the acrylic panel cover able to distribute the light evenly?

 

Yes, the colour of the acrylic panel is barley colour and works like a light diffuser panel, distributing the light evenly, giving a soothing feeling.

How long does the installation take?

 

We need to make a 1st appointment to take measurement and the 2nd appointment to do installation. Installation will be around 30 - 60 minutes.

How long is the warranty period?

 

There is a 6 month onsite warranty when installed by Smart Home.

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.
