How long is the installment plan?
The installment plan is for 3 months at 0% free interest.
Are there any hidden charges?
There is no additional charges or interest fees when you pay on time.
Am I eligible to use the 0% interest service plan?
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently resides in Singapore.
- Have a mobile number registered under your NRIC / FIN with your telco.
- Own a credit or debit card that will be used to pay for your purchase.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you missed a scheduled instalment, your account will be freeze until the amount due is paid. To reactivate your account, there will be a charge of $20 administrative fee. If this administrative fee and instalment is not paid within seven days, an additional $10 fee will be charged. In Singapore, the maximum administrative fee is capped at S$60 per transaction. If you make your payments on time, the only cost you’ll ever pay is the cost of the item you’re buying.
