Is there any warranty provided?

 

All items supplied and installed by our team carries onsite warranty for 1 year so that you can have a peace of mind.

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.

How soon can you do the job if I confirm?

 

We have different technicians island wide everyday and we will be able to complete your job as soon as the next day. Do take note that the waiting time might be longer during peak season.

 

What are the usual charges?

 

There is a minimum transport and labour fee of $40.

Is there any charges for onsite visit?

 

Yes there is onsite charges for site visits to check on the issues. However the charges will be waived when the job is confirmed with us.  

 

Do you provide emergency repair service?

 

Yes we do and there will be extra charges after 8pm. The charges will vary depending on the types of job and complexity.
