What material is the handle made of?
The window handle is made of either aluminium alloy or zinc alloy for better durability. It is available in white, black and sliver finish.
Is it easy to install?
You will need specific tools like screw driver or battery drill to perform the installation. It is best to have some DIY knowledge before you proceed to self install.
How long does the installation take?
The installation will normally take around 20 - 40 minutes depending on the number of items.
How long is the warranty period?
There is a 1 year warranty against product defect. There is a 1 year onsite warranty when installed by Smart Home.
Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of Smart Home.
