Can the sliding door closer speed be adjusted?

 

Yes, our sliding door closer speed can be adjusted to personal preference or as per requirements.

 

What colours are available?

 

Currently sliding door closers are only available in silver colour. 

 

How reliable is the door closer?

 

The door closers has also been tested to last 80,000 times opening and closing.

 

Can I adjust the closing speed of the door closer?

 

Yes, you can do so easily. You will require a straight head screw driver to adjust the strength of the closing speed.

 

How long is the warranty period?

 

The warranty period is 1 year against manufacturers' defect.

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.
