Can the door closer support fire rated main doors?

 

Yes, our door closers can support door weight up to different weight loading which is good enough for fire rated main doors. 

 

What colours are available?

 

Currently door closers are only available in silver colour. 

 

Is there any certificate for the door closers?

 

Yes, our door closers are tested by Singapore PSB for fire testing and approved for main door use in HDB or private estates.

 

How reliable is the door closer?

 

The door closers has also been tested to last 80,000 times opening and closing.

 

Can I adjust the soft close strength of the door closer?

 

Yes, you can do do the adjustment yourself. You will require a straight head screw driver to adjust the strength of the soft closing.

 

How long is the warranty period?

 

The warranty period is 1 year against manufacturers' defect.

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.
