Does the smart door viewer has to be connected to power?

 

No. Our smart door viewer is powered by re-chargeable lithium ion batteries.

Which SD card is suitable for use with the smart door viewer?

 

You should use a class 10 SD card that supports 10Mbs writing speed. The viewer can only allow max 32Gb sd card. 

 

How long can the batteries last?

 

The batteries can last according to various situations or different modes set to the digital viewer. When IR sensor is activated, the power can last around 1 month depending on the frequency of usage.

 

How do I charge the batteries?

 

You can either charge the batteries with an external charger or use a power bank to charge the LCD screen unit bottom micro USB port while the batteries are inside.

How does the PIR motion sensor work?

 

Once the sensor detects movement, the wifi digital viewer will send notifications to your phone and alert you.

 

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is 1 year against product defect.

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.

 

What happens when the micro SD card memory is full?

 

The smart door viewer will continue to take pictures or videos and will automatically over-ride the oldest image.

 

How images or videos can be stored in the 32gb micro SD card?

 

A 32gb micro SD card can store around 8,000 images or 1,000 videos (15 seconds).
