How do you install the chime?

 

The door chime is connected to wires. There should not be any electrical power at the switch or connection wires of the chime. It is suitable for most of the houses in Singapore.

How many batteries are needed?

 

3 AA size batteries are required for the door chime.

How long is the warranty period?

There is a 6 month warranty against the product. There is a 6 month onsite warranty when installed by Smart Home.

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.

There is a 1 year warranty against the product. There is a 1 year onsite warranty when installed by Smart Home.
