Does your fire rated doors comply with the HDB requirements?

 

Yes. the doors are manufactured to the according to the fire safety standards required by HDB.

Can I purchase your doors and get the digital lock from other companies?

 

Yes. you can do that.

Can I purchase your metal gate and get the digital lock from other companies?

 

Yes. you can check with the lock supplier and let us know in case there is any customization that is needed to be done for the gate.

How long can I expect the installation after I confirm the order?

 

The standard time frame for our door manufacturing process to the installation of the door at the jobsite will take around 2-3 weeks after confirmation by the customer. 

 

Can I request for a customise design which is not indicated in your website or catalog?

 

Yes. All our doors are customised in design and size according to customer requirements. Do take note that there might be additional charges for certain designs which are more difficult to produce.

 

How long is the warranty period for the doors?

 

There is a 1 year onsite warranty for all the doors.
