Our package pricing includes installation and setup for customers' convenience. Installation and setup is done by our own in-house team. There is onsite warranty provided and we highly recommend to take up our package.

How durable are smart switches compared to traditional switches?

 

All our smart switches come with international certification and are manufactured in accordance to ISO standards. All switches are individually checked to ensure the highest quality before they are shipped out from the factory.

Do I need to do any re-wiring to change to smart switch?

 

With our latest technology on the electronic panel in the switch, there is no need for any re-wiring to be done in the house and it is a direct replacement to change the traditional switches.

Can I do 2-way control with smart switch?

 

Yes we can achieve 2 way control with smart switch via the settings.

Are smart switches safe?

 

Yes. Our smart switches are manufactured using fire retardant materials to prevent any fire accidents.

Can I request for support after warranty period?

 

Yes we will be able to provide software support even after warranty period. The software support is free.

Can I buy the item and DIY?

Please get a licensed electrician who is able to do installation for light switches. There is a manual inside the packaging with step by step instructions to guide you to download the app and do the setup.

How long is the warranty period?

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, this Warranty excludes any and all claims for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof including loss or damage to furniture, carpets, walls, foundations and property of whatsoever description or any other consequential loss or damage either directly or indirectly due to negligence, loss of use, malfunction, defect, damage, breakdown or leakage from the product whatsoever and howsoever arising.
 

Subject to any statutory provisions to the contrary, the liability of Smart Home for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defects in the product supplied (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) or for loss or damage suffered through the use of or resulting from the non – operation or ineffective operation of the product or any part thereof shall be limited to the replacement or repair of such product or part thereof or to damages not exceeding the invoice value of said product at the option of  Smart Home.
