Surface Power Track

Conceal Power Track

Frequently Asked Questions
How do power tracks work?
The track houses continuous, insulated copper busbars carrying live, neutral, and earth currents. Specially designed adapters twist into the track to tap into these busbars, supplying power instantly.
What is the difference between surface-mounted and recessed tracks?
Surface-mounted: Screwed directly onto existing walls or backsplashes. This requires no hacking and is ideal for completed renovations.
Recessed: Flushed into a wall or carpentry cutout. This offers a seamless look but requires structural planning during the renovation period.
Are power tracks safe around children?
Yes. our power tracks feature built-in safety shutters and grounded structures. The opening slit is typically too narrow for children's fingers and the internal live elements are physically shielded to prevent accidental shocks.
Where are the best places to install them?
They are ideal for kitchen backsplashes (for appliances), home offices (for computers and monitors), living room TV consoles, and vanity counters.
How many appliances can I plug into one track?
This depends on the total electrical load, not the number of physical adapters. Our tracks are rated for 32A (approx. 8,000W total capacity). You can add as many sockets as it can physically fit, provided the combined wattage of your running appliances does not exceed the track's limit.
Do the tracks rust or degrade over time?
Our tracks are constructed from high-grade anodised aluminium and flame-retardant plastics which resist rust and discolouration.
What is the warranty of our system?
Our power tracks comes with a 3 year warranty and adaptor sockets come with a 1 year warranty against product defect. There is 1 year onsite warranty when installed by Smart Home.
