Frequently Asked Questions
What material is the floor trap made of?
Our floor traps are made using stainless steel SUS304 material to prevent rust effectively. This is the same material used for a lot of household appliances.
Can I install the floor trap myself?
We strongly suggest to use our professional team for installation as you require a number of tools to change floor traps. Alternatively, you can also engage 3rd party tiling contractor to help you to change the floor traps.
Is there a lot of dust and dirt when changing the floor trap?
Our technical team uses a cutting tool to remove the old floor trap. While removing the old floor traps, there will be a lot of dust in the area due to the removal of the old floor traps.
Can I start using the toilet after the installation?
We suggest to wait for at least 4-6 hours for the cement to dry off totally before using the toilet. In cases of emergency, do not spray high power jets of water directly on the newly installed floor traps as it will cause the cement to "sink in" before it totally dry off.
How long is the warranty period?

There is a 1 year warranty against the product. There is a 1 year onsite warranty when installed by Smart Home.
