If item is not installed by Smart-Home, the warranty will not be covered onsite, any exchange of faulty parts or ceiling fan will be in our warehouse or office.
If I just need to replace parts or light accessories of the ceiling fan, is it available?
Yes. Kindly let us know what is the part that you need to replace.
