Tira Pull Out Rack

While we strive hard and work towards your preferred timing for installation, we may not be able to commit to it all the time.

Your chosen installation timing is only confirmed after our friendly operation staff calls you back to confirm on your order and the installation time with you.

We seek your understanding on this.

You may cancel the item before we send the item out and request for a refund.

The amount will be refunded via the mode of payment being made.

If the product is faulty after installation, kindly contact us via email (support@smart-home.com.sg) or by phone, message or whatsapp (+65 9119 7615).

Do not attempt to put lubricant onto the product as it will void the warranty by Smart-Home.
