All Smart-Home fan product series undergo strict QC checks in the factory before they are being shipped out.
I bought a Smart-Home ceiling fan and it was installed by another contractor, what does the warranty cover?
If item is not installed by Smart-Home, the warranty will not be covered onsite, any exchange of faulty parts or ceiling fan will be in our warehouse or office.
If I just need to replace parts or light accessories of the ceiling fan, is it available?
Yes. Kindly let us know what is the part that you need to replace.
How long is the warranty period?
All Smart-Home ceiling fan come with;
